Since Lloyd Custom Floor Mats are custom made per order, please allow 3 days before shipping from the plant in Los Angeles, CA. All orders are shipped via UPS directly from the manufacturer.
Warranty Information
Lloyd Custom Floor Mats are all warrantied against defects in design, workmanship and materials for 5 years from the date of purchase. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered as mat defects. Defective mats will be replaced or repaired.
Credits for Unwanted Mats
Every mat ordered is custom manufactured specifically to fill that order. We will issue credits based on the following guidelines.
50% Credit - Not Including Freight:
- (1) When you do not want the custom mats due to quality, looks, fit, color or emblem.
- (2) Mats ordered and then canceled before or after shipment.
100% Credit - Including Freight:
- (1) Shipment by Lloyd of any mat not per your original order.
- (2) Mats ordered were not received.
